Aurélien has been a market gardener for 4 years now in the southwest of France near Bordeaux.

Feeding the local population with healthy products, while contributing to the preservation of nature, is an additional source of motivation and pride for him.  

He currently has 5000m2 of organic land on which he grows a variety of fruits and vegetables: zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, melons, watermelons, physalis, cabbage, squash, etc. All the crops are produced on site for a better adaptation to their environment. 

The land is made available to him by a market gardener he met during his training. His objective is to acquire one in the next few years.

His production is sold exclusively in organic stores. In the future, he would like to open his own small store on his farm that would offer, along with his vegetables, products from local and organic producers.
